Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 6 September 2026

This policy applies to subscriptions to Smart Business Reply, operated by Smart Business Reply. It explains how refund requests are handled and how you can cancel your subscription.

How refunds are handled

Refunds are not automatic and are not granted unconditionally. Every request is reviewed individually on its own facts — the plan you bought, when it was charged, how the service was used and the reason you give. We may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request.

We aim to be fair and to answer every request, but nothing in this policy is a blanket promise of a full refund on demand.

How to request a refund

A refund request must be made in writing by email to ysyblkr02@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge you are asking about. Please include the email address used for the order or the Paddle invoice number, the date of the charge and a short explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We review the request and reply with our decision, including whether a refund is approved and, if so, the amount and when it will be issued. Approved refunds are then processed through our payment provider Paddle back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancelling is separate from a refund: it simply stops the next charge and does not by itself return money already paid. You can cancel at any time, on your own, from the Billing page in your dashboard or from the Paddle receipt email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data remains available for export during that time.

Renewals and partial periods

If a renewal was charged unexpectedly — for example you intended to cancel before it — email us at ysyblkr02@gmail.com within 30 days of that charge and we will review it individually, as above. Refunds for unused time on a cancelled plan are also considered case by case. Paddle's Refund Policy applies to all orders in addition to this policy.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right of withdrawal or consumer protection right you have under the law of your country.
